About HNP Mikrosysteme GmbH

HNPM produces pumps, e.g., to fill crystallizing electrolytes into battery cells with high precision, dosing volumes from 0.25 µl.

Our dosing pumps enable dosing volumes from 0.25 µl and volume flows from 1 µl/h to 1152 ml/min. The pumps are characterized by a compact design and low dead volume as well as low-pulsation delivery.
Filling electrolytes into battery cells is just one task of HNPM's micro pumps. It is a critical step in battery production. Small differences result in large performance variations. Further, lithium-based liquid battery electrolytes are crystallizing and hazardous to health and therefore require hermetic pumps with chemical resistant materials. Our mzr-7265-hs is a magnetic hermetic pump and dispenses volumes between 4-8 ml in 2 s under vacuum with a variation of less than 1%.
